Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Moyana application and services (the “Service”), operated by Youpi SARL. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Moyana.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use Moyana. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for activity on your account. Provide truthful information, keep your login secure, and do not impersonate anyone or maintain more than one account.

3. Verification

Moyana requires selfie verification. You agree to complete verification and understand that we may limit or remove accounts that fail it or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other members;
• post unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or non-consensual content;
• share content that is not yours or that infringes others’ rights;
• solicit money, run scams, or advertise;
• use bots, scrape data, or attempt to circumvent safety or verification;
• share other members’ private information without consent.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

6. Safety

Moyana provides tools to block, unmatch, and report, but we do not conduct criminal background checks and cannot guarantee the conduct of any member. Always meet new people safely. See our Safety & Community Guidelines.

7. Fees

Core features of Moyana are free. If we introduce paid features, the price and terms will be shown clearly before you buy, and purchases are handled by the applicable app store.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its members.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Youpi SARL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other members.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Youpi SARL’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
