Safety & Community Guidelines
Last updated: July 14, 2026
Moyana is built around one idea: everyone here is a real, verified adult who is treated with respect. These guidelines explain how we keep the community safe and what we expect from every member.
How we protect you
- Selfie verification for every member, so profiles belong to real people.
- Photo moderation combining automated checks and a human review team.
- Private media: your photos are shared only through secure, expiring links.
- Location privacy: we never reveal your precise location to other members.
- Report & block tools available throughout the app, reviewed by our team.
What we expect from you
- Be honest: use your own recent photos and real information.
- Be respectful: no harassment, hate, threats, or unsolicited explicit content.
- Respect consent and boundaries, online and offline.
- Keep others’ private information private.
- No soliciting money, scams, advertising, or spam.
Meeting in person safely
- Chat within Moyana until you feel comfortable.
- Meet first in a public place and get there on your own.
- Tell a friend where you are going and when you expect to be back.
- Never send money to someone you have not met.
- Trust your instincts; leave any situation that feels wrong.
Reporting
If someone breaks these rules or makes you feel unsafe, use the block and report tools in the app, or contact us at support@moyanaapp.com. Every report is reviewed, and we take action including warnings, removal, and permanent bans. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Zero tolerance
We permanently remove members for violence, harassment, sexual exploitation, content involving minors, or attempts to defraud others. Under-18 accounts are prohibited and removed.
